Is my online donation secure?
Every Kid Sports uses third-party services to ensure that your donation and information are secure. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Donation Receipt
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
If you make an online gift using Every Kid Sport’s website, we will automatically send a receipt to the email you used to make your donation. If you don’t see a receipt in your inbox or SPAM folder, please contact [email protected] .
If you donated by mail, you’ll receive an official, printed confirmation letter and receipt in the mail.

Donations of Honor and Memoriam
Can I donate in someone’s honor or a memory of a loved one?
There are options to make a donation in someone’s honor or a memory of a loved one on both our online donation form and our mailing donation form.
Company Matching
Can my company match my gift?
Yes! In the online donation form you’ll have an opportunity to see if your company will match your donation through the “donation options” section. Alternatively, you can visit our matching gifts page and search to see if your company will match your gift.
Managing Your Donations
When will my monthly gift by credit card or bank transfer be processed?
If you registered to be a monthly donor online, your automatic payment will occur one month from the day you sign up.
Tax Documents
How do I get a copy of my tax statement or giving history?
If you donated by December 31st, Every Kid Sports will send you a copy of your tax statement by mail or email in February. Be sure to keep an eye on your mailbox or junk folder. How do I cancel my monthly gift?
We understand that circumstances change, and you may not be able to continue a monthly gift.
