2025 End-of-Year Impact Report: 19,302 Kids, One Powerful Mission
By James Suri, Marketing Director
In 2025, that belief translated into real opportunities for 19,302 kids across all 50 states. Kids who otherwise may have been sidelined due to financial barriers.
Thanks to generous donors and committed partners, we awarded $2,730,048 in grants, helping families say “yes” to sports when cost might have forced them to say “no.”
Access to Play, Nationwide
In 2025, we expanded our impact by 15%, supporting 2,777 more kids than in 2024. That growth represents more than numbers, it represents new teammates, first practices, early morning games, and lifelong memories.
From coast to coast, families accessed funding for more than 50 different sports, including soccer, dance, basketball, gymnastics, football, swimming, martial arts, and many more. Whether it was a preschooler trying their first sport or a high school athlete continuing their passion, we helped remove the financial barrier standing in their way.
The average grant of $141.43 may seem modest. But to a family stretched thin, it can mean everything.
Who We Served in 2025
48% girls
52% boys
79% of supported kids identified as BIPOC
9% of kids were of preschool age
50% of kids were of elementary school age
31% of kids were of middle school age
10% of kids were of high school age
These numbers reflect something important: access matters. When kids have the chance to participate their confidence, belonging, and lifelong habits are being formed.
Behind every grant is a child with a dream and a family doing everything they can to support it.

These are not isolated stories. They represent thousands of families who experienced the transformational power of play in 2025.
Our work goes beyond individual grants. It’s about strengthening the youth sports system nationwide, ensuring that access isn’t seasonal, selective, or dependent on chance.
In 2025, “we” (us, our partners, and donors):
Reached kids in all 50 states
Funded 50 unique sports
Expanded impact through trusted corporate and foundation partnerships
Continued building a scalable, sustainable system for access
These are not isolated stories. They represent thousands of families who experienced the transformational power of play in 2025.
The demand for support continues to grow. Families across the country are still being priced out of play. But because of you, thousands of children stepped onto fields, courts, mats, and stages this year with confidence.
19,302 kids didn’t sit on the sidelines. They played.
And together, we’re building a future where access to sports isn’t an exception, it’s the expectation.
Thank you for making 2025 a year of expanded impact, opportunity, and joy. Because every kid deserves the chance to play.®
