National Campaign with Tyler Adams
Scotts and Every Kid Sports launched Keep It Real to champion natural grass fields and grassroots youth sports.
The campaign paired national visibility with local inspiration, including a youth field day at Tyler Adams’ childhood pitch.
ScottsMiracle-Gro officially announced its partnership with U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team captain Tyler Adams and Every Kid Sports on July 24, 2025.
Purpose: The partnership is designed to increase youth access to natural turf sports fields and promote the “Keep It Real” movement.
Campaign Activities: Tyler Adams kicked off the partnership by hosting a field day at his childhood playing field in Wappingers Falls, New York.
“Keep It Real” Sweepstakes: The campaign includes a sweepstakes offering five youth sports nonprofit organizations the chance to win a natural turf field refurbishment and soccer balls signed by Adams.
Scotts deepened investment to reach kids nationwide with additional funding for grass sports.

Columbus Soccer Field Day
Scotts activated the mission locally with a community Soccer Field Day in Columbus, giving kids hands-on access to play, coaching, and connection.
ScottsMiracle-Gro hosted a Soccer Field Day in Columbus on July 12, 2024, with Columbus Crew players for Every Kid Sports families, offering a soccer clinic to promote outdoor activity. This was part of their partnership focusing on youth sports access, happening at McFerson Commons during the Crew’s Summer of Soccer Fan Fest. This event was a community initiative stemming from the broader partnership between Scotts and the Columbus Crew to support youth sports, community engagement, and new partnership with Every Kid Sports.
