We try to award as many families as possible. In doing so you may be awarded less than you requested. Our goal is to continually provide The Pass and keep kids playing sports. To do so, we need your help! Please check with your YSO/School to ensure you know your cost of registration only.

Additionally, we check submitted applications with YSO and schools to ensure the requested amount on your application is the correct amount due. Including reduced pricing for Free/Reduced Lunch, low-income, previously paid fees, etc. We also do not pay fees related to uniforms, travel, ASB cards, etc.

We will deduct any added fees from your request or decline your application entirely. Repeat offenders will not be approved for future Every Kid Sports Passes.

Am I guaranteed a grant if I apply?

Every Kid Sports Passes are granted on a first-come-first-serve basis for all qualified youth.

You must be able to show proof that the athlete, not the parent, guardian, or sibling, is currently enrolled and receiving benefits from one of the qualified programs to be approved.

If you are unable to show proof that the athlete is receiving the benefits your application will not be approved.
