We are proud of our history and the great work we have accomplished since 2009.
Kids in the game updated our brand to align with our two national programs, The Pass and AMPED. Our new logo reflects our continued commitment to helping kids thrive in life and reach their full potential.
Nike and KIDS in the GAME partnered to provide financial assistance to Federal Employees impacted by the furlough/government shutdown by providing funding for youth sports participation.
The Nike Federal Employee Pass helped 206 kids across 31 states participate in 30 different sports.
In partnership with PHIT America, the KIDS in the GAME-developed “AMPED” program was provided to 25 elementary/middle schools across the United States.
KIDS in the GAME develops and deploys its own school-based running program, designed to get kids moving and prime their brains for learning.
AMPED uses unique “amplifiers” to make the experience both socially motivating and physically effective.
The Holiday Go! Grant provided the gift of activity to elementary and middle schools. Through a <5-minute application process, schools were provided curriculum and gear to help their students increase their activity.
In partnership with Nike, Nautilus, Reeser Fine Foods, and PacificSource, the KIDS in the GAME Pass program was made accessible to qualifying families.
The Pass program provides financial assistance for participation in youth sports.
The first year success of the GO! Grant continued into year two, with an additional 445 schools applying for grants.
In partnership with the Sports Fitness Industry Association and over 20 sports brands, PHIT America launches the GO! Grant, helping schools to bring back physical activity before, during, and after school.
With the support of ACTIVE Network, KIDS in the GAME deployed The Pass to underserved youth of Leadville, CO.
Through employee fundraising and the herculean effort of two local physicians completing the Cape Epic bike race, multiple Colorado kids were put “in the game.”
KIDS in the GAME had the privilege of honoring Jack Pinto, a remarkable young man who lost his life in the Sandy Hook school shooting.
Jack’s parents made a donation to KIDS in the GAME in his honor, as playing sports was his favorite thing.
ACTIVEx, the employee engagement program of ACTIVE Network, selected KIDS in the GAME as the sole beneficiary of their annual ACTIVEx Charity Challenge, which raised over $70,000 to help San Diego, CA kids play sports.
Our awards program was expanded to include the country’s most inspirational soccer players.

Trusted Sports bursts into the sports scene with “The Rudy Awards,” a high school football award program that recognized the most inspirational high school football players across the country.
